We built lockrMail to be fully compatible with all email clients, understanding that introducing yet another independent email solution would be tedious for most users. However, we also understand the need for consistency when it comes to engaging with brands that are using your lockrMail email address and so we will be adding support for replying to emails from your lockrMail email alias. If you have an issue with an order, or need to contact customer support at a brand for any reason, you will be able to reply to emails from the brands from your lockrMail email, keeping your personal or work email address fully private.
