At the moment, lockrMail processes only emails where the user’s lockrMail email address is in the TO field of the email. This is satisfactory for 99% of the lockrMail use cases as brands typically send emails to consumers in this field. However, on the rare occasion that a lockrMail email address is included in the CC or BCC fields of an email, we will soon be fully supporting receipt and processing of those emails as well.
